Premiere Housing Complex

Premiere Housing Complex is a residential complex in Astana, located on the Left Bank of the capital in the Esil district along Kabanbay Batyr Avenue.

Premiere Housing Complex consists of 9 high-rise buildings of 7, 8, 12, 14 floors - a total of 648 apartments in the housing complex. The buildings are made in a classic brick style, and the facades are lined with travertine and decorated with

fiber-reinforced concrete elements and variations of decorative ironwork. Premiere Housing Complex is adjacent to the Triumph Astana housing complex and the Circus.

The housing complex is divided into three thematic blocks - the Literary Block, the Music Block and the Artistic Block.
