Expo Towers Housing Complex

Expo Towers Housing Complex is a business class residential complex in Astana, located in the Esil district (left bank) at the intersection of Kerey, Zhanibek Khan and Akmeshit Streets.

Buildings of the housing complex are built in the shape of the letter U at some distance from each other and are united by a common stylobate, inside of which there are commercial premises and a two-level parking, and on its roof there is a courtyard.

New buildings of Astana Expo Towers were built in the form of three 12-story high-rise buildings with 290 apartments (from gas concrete block using monolithic technology). Each building is insulated with eco-cover (mineral wool), and the facades are finished with natural stone - fiber-reinforced concrete, travertine - plus glass, all in high-tech style. An interesting feature of the building is two-way entrances and exits, which is very convenient for residents. There is a built-in CCVT system at the entrance.
