Avicenna Housing Complex

“Avicenna” Housing Complex is a residential complex of Astana in the Esil district, on the Sarayshyk Street, 9.

Avicenna Housing Complex is seven 9-story business-class buildings with 272 apartments (the first floors are allocated for offices). The buildings were built using monolithic frame technology and filled with foamed concrete blocks. The housing complex has a landscaped territory, there are:

— 4-storey parking;

— guarded yard (CCVT and entry through checkpoint). Safety barrier restricting the entry of vehicles into the territory - this will protect children when playing in the yard;
— children’s playgrounds, lanes and benches;
— shops, boutiques, cafes, entertainment complexes within walking distance;

— own maintenance service, which monitors cleanliness and landscaping, serviceability of utility systems, and safety;
