Almatau Housing Complex

Almatau Housing Complex in Astana is located in the Esil district, at the intersection of Syganak Street and Kabanbay Batyr Avenue.

The complex is being built near the social infrastructure necessary for comfortable living. The district authorities are nearby, also shopping mall, school, kindergarten and nursery nearby.

The new project consists of four nine-story and three twenty-one-story comfortable buildings, decorated in a single architectural style, constructed using monolithic

frame technology. Photos published on forums and social networks illustrate the high quality of the work being performed.

In the yard of the housing complex there is a children’s playground with a special coating, area for recreation and physical exercises, and a guest parking. Six-meter-wide asphalt driveways and wide sidewalks paved with artificial stone lead to the buildings. Decorative trees, shrubs and lawns were planted in the adjacent territory.
